Why six sites instead of one
01
Local, not generic
Each county gets its own site, its own listings filters, and its own original content — written for that county's actual towns and buyers, not a rebadged template.
02
One broker behind all of it
Every site is written and run by Travis Old at Horizon Realty Group — the same license, the same standards, the same direct, no-marketing-speak voice, across the whole territory.
03
This site is just the map
NC Buyer's Brief doesn't list its own inventory — it's the directory that gets you to the right county site, where the real listings and local guide live.
Broker, Horizon Realty Group
About Travis Old
Travis has spent roughly 20 years working real estate and construction across northeastern North Carolina — from the Outer Banks down through the coastal plain to Pitt County. He built this network of sites the same way he works with buyers: direct, specific, and honest about what a place actually is, not what a listing photo makes it look like.
