By accessing this Site or submitting the contact form, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This creates a binding agreement between you and Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC.

2. Definitions

• Site: ncbuyersbrief.com and all subpages.
• Network sites: the independently operated county buyer's-brief sites this Site links to (currently Carova Beach Brief, Elizabeth City Buyer's Brief, Edenton Buyers Brief, Bertie County Buyer's Brief, Martin County Buyer's Brief, and Pitt County Buyer's Brief).
• User / you: any individual or entity accessing the Site.
• Company / we: Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

3. Nature of This Site; No Agency Relationship

This Site is a directory: it describes and links to the Network Sites, provides general information about Horizon Realty Group and Travis Old, and offers a contact form for visitors who aren't sure which county site to start with. This Site does not itself list MLS inventory — active listings live on the individual Network Sites.

Site access or contact-form submission does not create an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, or representation relationship between you and Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC, Travis Old, or any affiliated party. Agency relationships form only through written Agency Agreements complying with North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 93A and Real Estate Commission Rules.

This Site's description of a Network Site is a summary for navigation purposes only — the Network Site itself, not this description, governs what's actually offered there. We are not responsible for outages, content changes, or errors on any Network Site.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — written copy, graphics, the Horizon Realty Group name and logo, and the site's structure — is owned by Horizon Real Estate Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a potential real estate transaction.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to scrape or harvest data from this Site, use it for unsolicited commercial communication, misrepresent your affiliation with Horizon Realty Group, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
